How does the customizer work?
Use our online design tool to choose from hundreds of patterns, colours, and styles. Pick your favourite, select your size, and add to cart. Every item is then printed and made to order specifically for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 4–7 business days, then shipping is added on top: 3–5 business days to the USA and Europe via USPS (5–8 via DHL), 5–10 to Canada, 10–20 for the rest of the world. Shipping is free on orders over $100, otherwise about $5 worldwide. You get tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every item we make. If there is a defect or fault with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will send a replacement at no charge. For sizing issues, please refer to our size guide before ordering as each item is custom-made.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
You need to act fast. Once your order goes into production we cannot make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help before printing starts.
I entered the wrong address, can I update it?
Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Send us your correct address and order number and we will update it. Once the order has shipped and you have received tracking info, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your item goes into production. Once printing has started your order cannot be cancelled since it is already being custom-made for you. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
How do I find my correct size?
Check the size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart rather than guessing based on your usual clothing size, as fit can vary between styles.
Will the print fade after washing?
Our prints are made to last. We use a sublimation printing process that bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibres, so the colours stay vivid wash after wash.
How accurate are the colours on screen vs the final print?
We aim to match screen colours as closely as possible. Slight variations can occur due to differences in monitor calibration and the sublimation printing process. If you have specific colour requirements, please contact us before ordering.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Why is the price higher than regular leggings?
Every pair is handmade to order, printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you. The price reflects premium fabric, individual craftsmanship, and a product that is completely unique to you.
