Welcome to Custom Bottoms. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of custombottoms.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products Are Made to Order

Every item we sell is custom-made to order based on the design and size you select. Because each product is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you, it is treated as a personalized item. Please review your design and size carefully before ordering.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

Changes and Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible before printing begins. Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Custom Design Content

When you upload a design, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or contain unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that violates these Terms. You retain ownership of your design; you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Production typically takes 3–5 business days, after which your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns and Refunds

Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. As items are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we will always make right any defect or error on our part.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Bottoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
