Ordering & Design

What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. We recommend at least 150 dpi at the print size for the sharpest, most vibrant result.
Will my design print exactly as I uploaded it?
Yes. Your design is printed edge to edge across the entire garment. Keep in mind that slight variations in pattern placement can occur at the seams depending on the size ordered — this is normal for cut-and-sew garments and is not considered a defect.
How do I find my correct size?
Check our Size Guide for full measurement charts covering leggings, kids leggings, and sports bras. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart rather than guessing based on your usual clothing size, as fit can vary between styles.

Changes & Cancellations

I ordered the wrong size — can I change it?
You need to act fast. Once your order goes into production we cannot make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help before printing starts.
I entered the wrong address — can I update it?
Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Send us your correct address and order number and we will update it. Once the order has shipped and you have received tracking info, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your item goes into production. Once printing has started your order cannot be cancelled since it is already being custom-made for you. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
Every item is made to order, just for you. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping is added on top. Standard shipping to the US takes 5–10 business days. International delivery times vary by country. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Product & Quality

Will the print fade after washing?
Our prints are made to last. We use a sublimation printing process that bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibres, so the colours stay vivid wash after wash. Always follow the care instructions on the label for best results.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are sorry to hear that — it rarely happens but when it does we make it right immediately. Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.

Pricing & Payment

Why is the price higher than regular leggings?
Every pair is handmade to order — printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you. You are not buying something off a shelf. The price reflects premium fabric, individual craftsmanship, and a product that is completely unique to you and cannot be bought anywhere else.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your payment details.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every item we make. If there is a defect or fault with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will send a replacement at no charge. As each item is custom-made, please refer to our size guide before ordering. See our full Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
