What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. We recommend at least 150 dpi at the print size for the sharpest result.
Will the print fade after washing?
No. We use sublimation printing that bonds ink directly into the fabric fibres, so colours stay vivid wash after wash.
How long does it take to arrive?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 4–7 business days, then shipping is added on top: 3–5 business days to the USA and Europe via USPS (5–8 via DHL), 5–10 to Canada, 10–20 for the rest of the world. Shipping is free on orders over $100, otherwise about $5 worldwide. You get tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I change my size after ordering?
Only before production starts. Contact us immediately with your order number and we will do our best to help.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement free of charge, no return needed.
