What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. We recommend at least 150 dpi at the print size for the sharpest result.
Will the print fade after washing?
No. We use sublimation printing that bonds ink directly into the fabric fibres — colours stay vivid wash after wash.
How long does it take to arrive?
Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping is added on top. US standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my size after ordering?
Only before production starts. Contact us immediately with your order number and we will do our best to help.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement free of charge, no return needed.
