Do I have the option of canceling my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time, but not after your items are in the process "in printout". Once we have started working on your order, you cannot cancel your order; this is in violation of our policy. But before you do, if you want to reach us, you can contact us at info@custombottoms.com with Cancel #ORDERNUMBER, and we'll do the rest.

If you would like to return or exchange your products, please read the general conditions below.

You will be required to return and redeem if you meet the following criteria and in this case you can contact us at our support. Please note: We are unable to return or exchange CUSTOM ITEMS as they are of no use to us. Here are the most important reasons why you would like to exchange your order.

Size problem: You picked the wrong size, but all is well. You can send it back to us and tell us your correct size, and we will exchange it. Please note: The item(s) must be untouched and unwashed.

The item(s) should be in original condition. The item(s) can be returned with 30 days after you received your product.

You have received a wrong item: It happens, after all we are all humans. We always make sure to double check every order before dispatch, but sometimes we may send you a wrong item. However, don't worry, you can return your product at our warehouse by writing a note that this is not the right product what I ordered with the order number. We will try our best to send you the correct item ASAP. Accept our apology! Please note: The item(s) must be untouched and unwashed. The item(s) should be in original condition. The item(s) can be returned with 30 days after you received your product.

You have received a damaged item: No doubt, high-quality is our priority, but in an unfortunate scenario, we can send a damaged item by mistake. In that case, you don't need to send back that item. You can maybe use it as a rug, can throw it away or give away. Just reach us via our email address along with your order number and picture of the damaged product. If we find the product damage, we promise to send you a new item which will be 100% top-quality and the best thing is: it’s free of cost. Please note: The item(s) must be untouched and unwashed. The item(s) should be in original condition. The item(s) can be returned with 30 days after you received your product.

Custom Bottoms have never provided prepaid returns, shipping labels and return shipping for any exchange is at the valuable customer's expense. We don't accept the returns or exchanges if: You have changed your mind and got a personalized item, and now want a refund or replacement, in this case, you will not get anything. We print on demand for you! The item(s) have been used, washed or worn. The item(s) have been altered and are not in original condition. The item(s) are defective from the original condition unless the bad condition is our fault. The item(s) don't have our company's tag on them
